A importância das histórias de vida: uma proposta metodológica no chão da escola para os educandos da EJA

Abstract

para a modalidade da Educação de Jovens e Adultos vêm desenvolvendo-se no chão da sala de aula. O estudo foi realizado através da pesquisa de campo, numa escola pública da cidade de Salvador- BA. A motivação para pesquisa surgiu da questão: como a história de vida desses sujeitos está sendo contemplada nas propostas metodológicas em sala de aula? O objetivo desse estudo é analisar a importância das histórias de vida na EJA como uma proposta metodológica. E os objetivos específicos para essa pesquisa são: conhecer o perfil dos discentes da EJA, analisar criticamente se as propostas metodológicas dialogam com as histórias de vida desses sujeitos e se atendem as especificidades do público da EJA, além de compreender através do perfil dos educandos a importância que as suas histórias têm no processo de ensino e aprendizagem em prol do reconhecimento desses sujeitos. A pesquisa é dividida em quatro capítulos: o primeiro traz a reflexão de algumas correntes históricas do que é ser sujeito na sociedade, dessa forma o estudo seguirá a partir da compreensão de quem são os sujeitos da EJA e quais são as suas histórias de vida. O segundo capítulo aborda o estudo desse método investigativo que é a história de vida, abarcando como esse método surgiu, focando o entendimento acerca da contribuição que essas histórias têm para o processo de ensino aprendizagem e se as mesmas evidenciam as singularidades dos sujeitos em suas propostas metodológicas. O terceiro capítulo irá retratar sobre a caracterização do espaço escolar onde a pesquisa foi realizada. O último capítulo abordará os caminhos para a pesquisa, seguido da análise das entrevistas que foram realizadas com os sujeitos da EJA na escola observada e ao final uma apreciação crítica e reflexiva do memorial formativo de minha mãe, educanda egressa da EJA. Nessa pesquisa o método utilizado tem natureza qualitativa enriquecido pela coleta de dados, efetuada por meio de observações e de uma entrevista com os discentes, além da utilização de uma pesquisa bibliográfica que traz a contribuição dos autores acerca da importância dessas histórias de vida nas propostas metodológicas para os educandos da EJA. Como principais referenciais teóricos foram utilizados os autores: Freire (1987), Ferrazza (2017), Antonello (2017), Bueno (2006), Haddad (2000), Pierro (2000), Arroyo (2004 e 2005), Souza (2004). Através dessa pesquisa foi possível compreender que o compromisso educativo com os sujeitos da EJA deve ser refletido constantemente pelos educadores, a fim de promover uma educação libertadora e de qualidade.

The present work sought to reflect on how the methodological proposals for the modality of Youth and Adult Education have been developed on the floor of the classroom. The study was conducted through field research, at a public school in the city of Salvador, Bahia. The motivation for research emerged from the question: how are the life history of these subjects being contemplated in the methodological proposals in the classroom? The objective of this study is to analyze the importance of life histories in the EJA as a methodological proposal. And the specific objectives for this research are: to know the profile of the students of the EJA, to analyze critically if the methodological proposals dialogue with the life histories of these subjects and if they attend to the specificities of the public of the EJA, besides understanding through the profile of the students importance that their stories have on the teaching and learning process for the recognition of these subjects. The research is divided into four chapters: the first brings the reflection of some historical currents of what is to be subject in society, so the study will follow from the understanding of who are the subjects of the EJA and what are their life stories. The second chapter deals with the study of this investigative method that is the life history, covering how this method arose, focusing the understanding about the contribution that these stories have to the process of teaching learning and if they show the singularities of the subjects in their proposals methods. The third chapter will portray the characterization of the school space where the research was carried out. The final chapter will address the research paths, followed by the analysis of the interviews that were carried out with the subjects of the EJA in the observed school and at the end a critical and reflexive appreciation of the formative memorial of my mother, educadora graduated from the EJA. In this research the method used has a qualitative nature enriched by data collection, carried out by means of observations and an interview with the students, besides the use of a bibliographical research that brings the authors contribution on the importance of these life histories in the methodological proposals for the students of the EJA. The main theoretical references were: Freire (1987), Ferrazza (2017), Antonello (2017), Bueno (2006), Haddad (2000), Pierro (2000), Arroyo . Through this research it was possible to understand that the educational commitment with the subjects of the EJA must be constantly reflected by the educators in order to promote a liberating and quality education.
