O perfil do produtor teatral em Maceió:características da profissão nos grupos de teatro atuantes em 2013

Abstract

RESUMO A pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar as questões relativas à produção cultural dos grupos de teatro que atuam em Maceió no ano de 2013 e o perfil de seu produtor. Seu foco principal foi compreender os processos diferenciados de formação desses produtores e suas trajetórias profissionais, levantando, finalmente, quais são os modelos de produção dos grupos de teatro na capital. Para dar conta da diversidade, o primeiro passo foi situar a produção e política cultural de teatro no Brasil. Assim, foi construída uma análise do teatro maceioense a partir da situação atual dos espaços teatrais e de seus grupos. Então, traçado o panorama dos grupos, analisar como os mesmos tratam a produção de seus espetáculos e que profissional é o responsável por essa atividade. Para tanto, foram realizadas entrevistas, relatos orais de vida profissional, com representantes dos grupos teatrais ou seus produtores. Durante a pesquisa, foi constatado que há duas formas de produção nos grupos de Maceió: a primeira está representada pelos grupos que possuem produtores únicos, mesmo que atuem em outras funções além da produção. Na segunda, os grupos trabalham com produção coletiva ou compartilhada, dividindo as funções de produção entre todos seus componentes. A realidade apresentada nessa dissertação é fruto muitas vezes mais da dedicação desses indivíduos ao teatro, do que do que está escrito nos livros de produção. As considerações finais do trabalho trazem a possibilidade de novas pesquisas, tendo em vista que o teatro, de grupo ou outras produções, em Maceió, ainda é um campo cheio de possibilidades e a produção teatral como ferramenta também.

ABSTRACT The research aims to examine questions relating to cultural production of theater groups working in Maceió at 2013 and the profile of its producer. His main focus was to understand the formation processes of these different producers and their professional careers, raising, finally, what are the production models of theater groups in the metropolis. To account for the diversity, the first step was to situate the cultural production and political theater in Brazil. After, its constructed a theater maceioense analysis from the current situation of theatrical spaces and their groups. Then trace the perspective of groups, analyze how they deal with the production of their shows and that professional is responsible for this activity. Therefore, interviews, oral histories of working life, with representatives of theater groups or their producers were performed. During the research, it was found that there are two forms of production in Maceio groups: the first is represented by groups having only producers, even acting on other functions besides the production. In second, the groups work with collective or shared production, dividing production functions between all its components. The reality presented in this dissertation is often the result of the dedication of these individuals more to the theater than what is written in the books production. The final considerations bring the possibility of further research, given that the theater group or other productions in Maceió, is still a field full of possibilities and theatrical production tool as well.
