| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | A tese identifica a existência de uma poética - enquanto processo criativo coletivo - própria da cidade do Salvador, desenvolvida e salvaguardada por seu ciclo de festividades de verão, destacando a caracterização de uma de suas principais manifestações: a arte do trio elétrico. Investigam-se detidamente os impactos da folia “trielétrica” no fazer teatral da cidade, e apontam-se princípios estéticos determinantes de um período próspero da cena baiana, no final do século XX. Através do método de prática enquanto pesquisa, esses princípios são aplicados em um experimento cênico que hibridiza teatro e carnaval num musical itinerante pelas ruas do Pelourinho. |
| Abstract: | The thesis identifies the existence of a poetics - understood as a collective creative process - unique to the city of Salvador, developed and preserved through its cycle of popular festivities, highlighting the characterization of one of its main manifestations: the art of the trio elétrico. It closely examines the impacts of the “trilétrica” revelry on the theatrical practices of the city and identifies key aesthetic principles that defined a prosperous period for Bahian theater at the end of the 20th century. Using the practice-as-research method, these principles are applied in a theatrical experiment that hybridizes theater and carnival in an itinerant musical through the streets of Pelourinho. |
