Os heróis à margem: um estudo sobre a poética dos anti-heróis em meteorango kid-herói inergaláctico e superoutro

Abstract

Esta dissertação examina a hipótese de que os filmes constantes do corpus — Meteorango Kid - Herói Intergaláctico e Superoutro — partilham uma produção de encanto similar, a saber, uma poética que estabelece relações peculiares com a noção de herói clássico — em especial, de negação, de reapropriação e de ressignificação —, inclinando-se, ao mesmo tempo, para a construção de anti-heróis. O desenvolvimento analítico, então, busca compreender a natureza destes personagens principais em duas etapas: primeiramente, os protagonistas foram observados em seu lugar no texto fílmico; posteriormente, comparamos os achados da análise das obras entre si e também em relação a modelos já estabelecidos de heróis, na tentativa de encontrar similitudes e diferenças. Antes mesmo da consolidação de nossa hipótese fundamental, ambas as obras foram analisadas em sua imanência, interpretadas dentro de seus limites de texto; para tal, utilizamos a matriz metodológica da Poética do Cinema. A hipótese que introduz este resumo é resultado, a priori, da apreciação dos filmes, e foi ganhando forma por meio da leitura do referencial teórico acerca dos temas do herói e do Cinema Marginal.

This dissertation hypothesizes that the poetics of the films of our analytic corpus—Meteorango Kid -Herói Intergalácticoand Superoutro—establishes distinct relations with the notion of classic hero—especially relations of denial, reappropriation and resignification —, leaning towards the construction of anti-heroes. The analytical process, therefore, aims to understand the nature of those main characters in two steps: first, by observing the protagonists in its place in the film text;later, by comparing the findings of the analysis of the filmsto each other and also in relation to prior models of heroes in an attempt to find similarities and differences. Even before the consolidation of our main hypothesis, both films were analyzedimmanently, interpreted within their limits of text; for this, we use the methodological matrix founded by Professor Wilson Gomes called Poética do Cinema. The hypothesis that introduces this abstract is the result, a priori, of watching the movies, and was shaped by the reading of the published works on the issues of the hero and of the Cinema Marginal.
