The purpose of this Didactic Guide, free and free, is to expand the possibilities of access to information and guidelines related to the submission of research protocols with human beings to the CEP, as an auxiliary pedagogical tool for researchers. In addition, it was prepared with a focus on the result of the intervention research, carried out with twenty-two graduates of the Professional Master's Program in Education - ProfEPT, at Ifes Campus Vitória. We will begin this guide talking a little about the conceptions of ethics in research with human beings and about the registration, conservation and accessibility of data and information; about the CEP / Conep system; learn a little more about Research Ethics Committees (CEPs); then, we will highlight the legislation regarding the submission process of research projects to the CEP. Next, information on the necessary documentation will be made available, as well as the step-by-step process for submitting a research project to the Ifes CEP via Plataforma Brasil.
