Internalization is an important criteria for scientific production from Brazilian postgraduate programs, which are evaluation indicators of collaboration, diffusion, and international impact, aiming to amplify national science’s projection. Likewise, international co-authorship is a scientific collaboration and visibility indicator of the country, and scientific collaboration takes shape through social relations among researchers with common goals. Therefore, international co-authorship analysis happens through the evaluation of joint publications amidst countries. Research highlights scientific collaboration networks’ relevance to map practices and to contribute to science and technology policies. This study aims to comprehend UFBA’s Engineering field postgraduate programs’ internalization through the coauthorship present on teachers-researchers scientific production indexed on Web of Science (WoS). More specifically, this research pursued mapping international coauthorship on UFBA’s Engineering field postgraduate programs’ scientific production of teachers-researchers, indexed on WoS, between 2013 and 2022; analyzing international collaborations’ impact on said postgraduate programs; and identifying countries and foreign institutions that have been significantly contributing to said teachers-researchers’ scientific production during the studied period. As results, it can be highlighted that, with the exception of the Mechanical Engineering program, all the investigated postgraduate programs displayed a greater percentage of publications between 2018 and 2022. It was also evident that there is a tendency for publications in English by Engineerings’ teachers-researchers in the last decade, having in mind that the publication on high-level periodicals is crucial to the internalization of the postgraduate programs. The Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering (P7 and P8), and Mechanical Engineering programs, between 2017 and 2020, aimed on publishing their articles preferentially on A1 periodicals, considered of international excellence. These periodicals are mainly European, such as from the Netherlands and England. The analysis of the publications’ geographical distribution reveals that the Engineerings’ postgraduate programs’ articles were published in American, Asian, and European countries, predominantly in the USA, the Netherlands, and England. Lastly, it was noticed that there is a necessity to amplify studies on the internalization of postgraduate programs in the Engineering field, through the analysis of other productions as well, such as scientific books, annals, book chapters, and patents. To verify this effects of archival theory on digital access to audiovisual documentation, this work was carried out. Six public institutions located in the city of Salvador, BA, Brazil, were evaluated in which the availability practices, digitization processes and means of preservation of the audiovisual document were evaluated. We observe that there is a use of practices in institutions to provide the access to the audiovisual document. Only two of the six institutions had a policy of access to digital audiovisual documents. Of the six institutions surveyed, five do not have Archivists in their professional staff. Thus, it is possible to conclude that institutions do not have an access policy and do not practice archivaltechniques and theories for digital accessfor in digital environments, but have minimal structures to enable local access. In addition, they do not employ archival professionals in their management activities of preservation and availability of digital access to audiovisual documents. To do so, it must integrate the strategic planning of organizations and be explicit in the form of a marketing plan. In this perspective, the development of this theme was carried out by the Federal University Libraries Systems of the Northeastern Region of Brazil, in a number of nine, with the objective of identifying if these Systems adopt Strategic Planning and, in it, digital marketing to promot the products and services through social media. As for the methodological procedures, this is an exploratory-descriptive research, with a qualitative and quantitative approach; to comply with them, a documentary research was carried out, a questionnaire was applied for data collection to the Directors of the Systems and a direct observation was made of the respective sites and their Facebook pages. The results of the study found that most of the SIBI surveyed, despite the lack of periodic updating of Facebook pages, uses this social media in the perspective of digital marketing, which is understood as positive. However, it is concluded that the directors' answers, for the most part, as shown in the data analysis, do not correspond to what the literature says about the marketing plan within the strategic planning, nor to what was observed directly on the SIBI and its Facebook pages. O objetivo geral é analisar que contribuições a utilização da tecnologia de GED trouxe para o serviço de reconhecimento de firma nos Tabelionatos de Notas de Salvador a partir do delineamento do fluxo informacional do processo, tanto o tecnológico quanto o manual; da análise de como se processa este fluxo; da caracterização dos atores e sua atuação no fluxo informacional deste processo; e da Identificação de padrões de qualidade, de segurança e de credibilidade para o serviço de reconhecimento de firma. O método seguido nesta pesquisa foi o indutivo, através da observação dos fenômenos, da descoberta das relações entre eles e da generalização desta relação. Adotou-se como a estratégia o Estudo de Caso, onde se buscou investigar um fenômeno contemporâneo dentro do contexto da vida real, com uma abordagem quali-quantitativa. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida nos Tabelionatos de Notas de Salvador, através de entrevistas não estruturadas com os tabeliães titulares dos cartórios, e, posteriormente, com a aplicação de questionários com os serventuários envolvidos no processo. Segundo os entrevistados, não obstante a problemas administrativos que ainda persistem, a informatização do processo de reconhecimento de firmas nos Tabelionatos de Notas de Salvador, trouxe importantes contribuições, dentre as quais foram destacadas: melhor controle da receita, maior segurança no reconhecimento das assinaturas, e maior produtividade.
