Abstract: In Brazil, women entered military careers around 1950, being a recent achievement in
our democracy. In Bahia, the literature indicates that this access began in 1980.
However, a model persists in which it is not common for women to occupy spaces in a
significant way. Both from the point of view of access and from the point of view of
advancement, it is necessary to evaluate the context in which this woman is inserted,
addressing their level of representation within the Military Police of Bahia, forty years
after their first entry. On the other hand, the Public Defender's Office, with the advent of
LC 80/94, emerged as an institution focused on promoting Human Rights, with gender
equality asits main banner. Within the scope of the internal organization of the
Defender's Office, it is clear that the defense of military personnel cannot be dissociated
from the critical outlook and values advocated as the foundations of the Defender's
Office's raison d'être. This is the driving force for the limitation on the entry of women and
the low representation in command posts to have been observed and questioned in a
public hearing aimed at this purpose on February 6, 2020. Thus, the path forward points
to the creation of an Observatory of Institutional Gender Violence organized by the
Public Defender's Office with the aim of continually collecting more accurate data on the
reality stated to support actions that may impact in some way on the given panorama.
The observatory will also provide data on the reality of military firefighters, thus closing
the state public security forces. The present study considers the theory of the glass
ceiling (ceillingglass) in Daniela Versola Vaz, Laudicéia Soares de Oliveira, Andreia
Valeria Steil and Cristina Tavares da Costa Rocha, from a feminist epistemological
perspective and proposes to be structured in the field of everyday interactions
.Instruments such as a historical and conceptual survey of central elements were used
to better understand the career structure. Data collection and the state of the art are
included to evaluate the current situation of women's role in this career, in the time frame
from 2019 to 2022, evaluating legal and constitutional aspects to extract the data
necessary to map the situation, and how This has repercussions on the proposal to
create and structure an Observatory of Institutional Gender Violence in the Public
Defender's Office. The research points to a gradual increase in representation, for now
more present in access, as ascension to higher positions is slower.

Abstract: The demonstrations that took place in Brazil in June 2013 showed peculiar and
unique characteristics. The general population invaded the streets without leaders or
political alliances that influence. The contesting movement began with the claim of
reduced tariffs for public transport with the Movimento Passe Livre (MPL) of São
Paulo then proceeded to question the whole system. Topics such as decent public
transport, combat corruption, quality education, application of oil royalties in
education etc. With this, the work is presented to the general purpose of discussing
the legal concept of the right of assembly and demonstration in the light of
constitutional building on this short historical period christened June 2013
demonstrations who introduced himself as a true constitutional challenge
implementation of the democratic state of law. In addition, we intend to evaluate the
framework of the right of assembly and demonstration as a fundamental right
guaranteed the Federal Constitution, establish its entirety, limits and differences/
similarities between the legislative and constitutional provisions in other countries.
The study is characterized as exploratory and with purpose to develop, clarify and
modify concepts and ideas for the development of approaches to a very new theme
in our academy. The study allowed to show that the right to demonstrate is treated
equivalently in most countries based on judgments.

Abstract: With the escalating intentional lethal violent crime in Bahia, mainly from 2002 to its peak in

program comes with the proposal of participation and integration of the Judiciary, Legislative,
Public Prosecutor, Public Defender's Office and other executive bodies in the prospect of a
new paparadigma of public security management with goal setting and focus on reducing the
intentional lethal violent crime - CVLI. In this sense, the research sought to examine the

Título: Ministério Público da Bahia e o acesso à informação na área da juventude

Abstract: The present study approached as object of study the access to the public information
in the electronic portal of the Public Ministry of Bahia, verifying how is being
developed the opening to the popular participation with the use of digital means in
that institution, analyzing, also, the availability and organization of the Public
information, especially those dealing with juvenile crime and victimization, verifying if
the data found collaborate in the production of knowledge in the area of juvenile
crime and victimization. The study starts from the premise that access to public
information requires organization, preservation of documentary sources and
supports, as well as strategic management of citizen-centered information. The
research considers that digital governance has a fundamental role in the
democratization of information and this link has not been respected, it points out that
like other public security institutions, there is an institutional failure in the Public
Ministry not to expose the functional performances, demonstrating the inefficiency In
the management and exposure of data that could monitor and improve knowledge of
spatial and temporal trends in juvenile crime and victimization. The construction of
the study starts with a presentation about Public Prosecution, the Institutional
evolution of the institution in the world and in Brazil, demonstrating with Parquet
assumed a prominent role in promoting citizenship and protection of Human Rights.
Soon after, he contextualizes the theme of crime and youth, showing a brief picture
on juvenile crime, collecting recent statistical studies that trace a diagnosis of the
situation of the adolescent in the ambivalent position of victim and offender. In
addition, it explains how information is disclosed by the Secretariat of Public Security
and the Bahia Court of Justice. Soon after, he apprehends access to information in
the Bahia Public Prosecutor's Office, with the presentation of data analysis and
results of the survey carried out on the Bahia Public Prosecutor's website, showing
the mapping of all data and information related to criminalization and victimization,
with description And discussion according to the thematic proposal. Finally, it is
concluded that the Public Prosecutor's Office of Bahia did not give effect to the right
to access public information, under the terms of the LAI and the CNMP Resolutions,
and that the lack of transparency offends the principle of full citizenship, as well as
Social development as a whole. The opaque posture of the Bahian Parquet, by
disregarding the utilitarian role of information as a factor of social development,
facilitates the permanence of dominant ideological patterns, and inhibits new
propositions of paradigm shifts. Without these innovations, the evolution of
knowledge becomes impracticable and, consequently, it commits itself to popular
participation in decision-making in the institution, which reinforces the thesis that the
State creates of large volumes of information and data produced through its various
organs , But which are little or nothing publicized and / or transformed into public
policy subsidies, especially in the area of childhood and youth.
