Abstract: This research investigates the relationships established between work and leisure within the Central Única dos Trabalhadores (CUT), considering the presence of the word "leisure" in the Resolutions of the 3rd and 4th Congresses of the Central Única dos Trabalhadores - CONCUT, held in 1990 and 1991. It seeks to understand the meaning and role that leisure represents in the main workers' union in Brazil. Content analysis and an examination of the conditions under which the word "leisure" appears in the document's development are employed. The conclusion is that leisure for workers is determined by the objective relationships in which the working class is inscribed within the class struggle inherent in Brazilian social formation.

Abstract: This memorial records the author's trajectory through escrevivência (life-writing), analyzing how an Afrocentric perspective can be understood in light of Candomblé epistemologies and Afro-diasporic knowledge. The narrative explores the formation of a Black pedagogue, guided by the principles of Kwanzaa and the foundations of the Orishas. The structure of the work is based on escrevivência as orô (sacred-word), guided by rituals of memory, orality, and ancestry. Written in the first person, the text revisits affective memories and bibliographic references, mobilizing a collection of personal images and social media records that house a vast memorial archive of the author's journey. The study seeks to advance the debate on escrevivência as a tool for historical affirmation and knowledge production, while proposing developments for fields of knowledge linked to the teacher-training process.

Abstract: This research report presents an investigation conducted in the Integrated Technical High School program at the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo - Ibatiba Campus, regarding the use of Active Learning Methodologies in the classroom. The objective of this work is to analyze the perceptions and training needs of teachers regarding active learning methodologies, in order to provide a basis for the development of a training action proposal for the Integrated Technical High School program, highlighting the potential of these methodologies in overcoming the pedagogical challenges faced within the Campus. The study adopted a qualitative approach, being of an interventional nature. Data collection was carried out using a structured online form and analysis of information obtained from the Nilo Peçanha Platform. Eight teachers from the Ibatiba campus of the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo participated in this research. We describe the steps involved in the intervention proposal, its planning, and subsequent availability as a MOOC course, which will be institutionalized and offered through the platform of the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo. This work was written inspired by the phases of Pinar's (2017) currere method and is based on authors who have researched and published works focused on the needs for change in Education in the 21st century, such as Morin (1999), Perrenoud (2000), Nóvoa (2009), and others who have sought to reflect on the teaching of new generations, such as Meirieu (2013) and Illeris (2013). The main active methodologies are described, and their use in vocational high school education was researched based on experience reports from teachers at Federal Institutes. The research suggests the need to modify teaching strategies so that students can be engaged in the learning process.

Abstract: This work focuses on the role of the Support Center for the Inclusion of Students with Special Educational Needs at the Federal University of Bahia (Nape/UFBA) in the inclusion of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and poses the following research question: How does Nape UFBA work to include undergraduate students with autism at UFBA? To answer this question, the general objective was to analyze how Nape (Center for Support and Assistance to Undergraduate Students with Autism) operates to include undergraduate students with autism at the Federal University of Bahia, and the specific objectives were to describe how Nape functions and to identify specific actions taken with undergraduate students with autism. This is a descriptive and qualitative case study, conducted through interviews with two pedagogues from the center. The responses obtained were read and analyzed using Bardin's content analysis. The research findings demonstrate that Nape faces several challenges in its operation: difficulties in mediating between undergraduate students and professors, physical and attitudinal barriers, and a lack of investment in human resources to reach a greater number of students, given that the demand for the service has increased, both among undergraduate students with autism and those with other specific needs.
