Abstract: This Laboratory Guide contains a set of scripts of experiments used in the&#xD;
disciplines FIS122 and FIS126 of IFUFBa. Aspects of oscillations, waves are addressed&#xD;
mechanical and sound, fluids and heat. In addition, the first script provides an introduction to&#xD;
method of least squares and (one more) presentation to the use of mono-log and log-.log.           &#xD;
The scripts contain a brief introduction to the theme of the experiment where the ideas and concepts basics are presented and discussed. In some cases we write the mathematical relations&#xD;
among the quantities involved. Next comes the list of the material used and the description of the&#xD;
experimental procedure that should be adopted by students. Possible modifications will be&#xD;
announced by the teacher. Finally, the treatment of experimental data that it should be included in the report.
