Territórios indígenas no Brasil: o caso do povo Pankararu

Abstract

O referido trabalho de conclusão de curso tem como escopo fazer um estudo de caso acerca da reserva indígena Pankararu, afim de possibilitar compreender como funciona a sistemática de um grupo étnico do Nordeste, foi usado como técnica a documentação indireta, pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. no primeiro capítulo, foi realizado uma análise do título da "Ordem Social" especificamente do capitulo VIII Dos índios, para possibilitar uma compreensão dos direitos constitucionais dos povos indígenas. já no terceiro capítulo foi tratado o tema central o estudo da reserva Pankararu, analisando sua origem, organização social, mitologia, crença, economia, criação de outro grupo e sua localidade. The aim of this study is to make a case study about the Pankararu indigenous reserve, in order to understand how the systematics of an ethnic group in the Northeast works. Indirect documentation, bibliographical and documentary research were used as a technique. in the first chapter, an analysis was made of the title of the "Social Order" specifically from Chapter VIII of the Indians, to enable an understanding of the constitutional rights of indigenous peoples. in the third chapter the central theme of the study of the Pankararu Reserve was analyzed, analyzing its origin, social organization, mythology, belief, economy, creation of another group and its locality. Ahead of this, I will explain how it is an Indian reservation.
