A adoção e o desejo não anônimo na psicanálise em meio às vicissitudes do sintoma da criança na estrutura familiar

Abstract

A presente pesquisa se propõe a investigar sobre a questão do mal-estar na família e do sintoma da criança na estrutura familiar. Considera as contribuições que a teoria psicanalítica, especificamente, os constructos teóricos preconizados por Freud e Lacan oferecem para enriquecer as discussões sobre a constituição subjetiva alicerçada a partir da família. Tal conceito pressupõe, em psicanálise, a noção de um efeito que se opera a partir da junção de dois seres falantes, inscritos na linguagem, e que darão origem à sua linhagem. A pesquisa almeja abordar as vicissitudes implicadas na demanda do sujeito que chega à clínica e que traz consigo os desafios que a família tem enfrentado sobre como formar sujeitos e, não apenas, gerar filhos. O tema da adoção problematiza a posição de uma criança que se interroga sobre o desejo do Outro, apontando para um desejo que não seja anônimo. A relevância do estudo está atrelada à possibilidade de contribuir no diálogo com outras disciplinas como as áreas jurídica e social na temática da adoção, bem como pensar a relação entre o sintoma e o desejo não anônimo, circunscritos na constituição subjetiva. O objetivo geral é analisar a função do sintoma da criança na estrutura familiar, intrínseca ao mal-estar na família, no tocante à constituição subjetiva. Já os objetivos específicos pretendem: examinar a noção de família, para a psicanálise, articulada com a função de constituir sujeitos; identificar, nos processos de alienação e separação, como se dá a adoção, no campo subjetivo; analisar a função do desejo não anônimo na constituição subjetiva de uma criança; examinar como o sintoma apresentado pela criança pode vir a denunciar algo do mal-estar próprio à estrutura familiar. Foi utilizado o método de construção de caso clínico. Foram trabalhados na pesquisa recortes de dois casos: o primeiro, que demarca como surgiu a problemática da pesquisa; o segundo, por tratar do desejo não anônimo no âmbito da família e suas ingerências na constituição subjetiva da criança, foi utilizado para a aplicação do método de construção do caso. O caso clínico foi selecionado de minha experiência clínica e já foi finalizado. Ele aponta que o sintoma da criança remete ao desejo não anônimo quando relacionamos que o mal-estar na família está ligado ao fato de nascermos de um mal-entendido do desejo de dois seres falantes. Nascemos mal-entendidos, visto que somos fruto de uma operação de linguagem na qual a palavra não comunica a verdade toda do ser, há algo da ordem do indizível, diante do impossível da relação sexual que se perpetua.

The present research aims to investigate the issue of malaise in the family and the child's symptom in the family structure. It considers the contributions that psychoanalytic theory (specifically, the theoretical constructs advocated by Freud and Lacan) offer to enrich the discussions about the subjective constitution based on the family. This concept presupposes, in psychoanalysis, the notion of an effect that operates from the junction of two speaking beings, inscribed in the language, and that will give origin to its lineage. The research aims to address the vicissitudes implied in the demand of the subject that reaches the clinic and that brings with it the challenges that the family has faced that is to form subjects and not only, to generate children. The subject of adoption problematizes the position of a child who wonders about the Other's desire, pointing to a desire that is not anonymous. The relevance of the study is linked to the possibility of contributing to the dialogue with other disciplines such as the legal and social area in the adoption theme, as well as to think about the relation between the symptom and the non-anonymous desire, circumscribed in the subjective constitution. The general objective is to analyze the function of the child's symptom in the family structure, intrinsic to the malaise in the family, regarding the subjective constitution. The specific objectives are: to examine the notion of family for psychoanalysis articulated with the function of constituting subjects beyond the function of generating children; To identify in the processes of alienation and separation as the adoption occurs, in the subjective field; Analyzing the function of non-anonymous desire in the subjective constitution of a child; Examine how the symptom presented by the child may denounce something of the malaise proper to the family structure. The clinical case construction method was used. Two pieces of research were done in the research: the first one, which describes how the research problem arose; The second, because it deals with the non-anonymous desire within the family and its interferences in the subjective constitution of the child, was used for the application of the method of construction of the case. The clinical case was selected from my clinical experience and already completed. He points out that the child's symptom refers to nonanonymous desire when we relate that malaise in the family is linked to the fact that we are born of a misunderstanding of the desire of two speaking beings. We are born misunderstandings, since we are the result of an operation of language in which the word does not communicate the whole truth of the being, there is something of the order of the unspeakable, before the impossible of the sexual relation that is perpetuated.
