À margem das fronteiras legais: trajetórias sociais de mulheres envolvidas com o tráfico de drogas na penitenciária feminina do distrito federal

Abstract

Desde a década de 2000, no Brasil, o número de mulheres envolvidas no tráfico de drogas é crescente. Estudos das ciências sociais têm buscado por um viés de gênero e por um mergulho na realidade carcerária feminina as explicações para esse fenômeno. O presente trabalho realiza um caminho diferente, pois não pretende entender as causas explicativas do aumento do delito entre a população carcerária feminina. O objeto científico deste trabalho é entender como acontece a relação de um seleto grupo de mulheres encarceradas por esse delito com três pilares fundamentais de entrada ao mundo público oficial: a escola, o trabalho e a família, ou seja, quais são os fatores presentes nas trajetórias sociais desse grupo quando essas mulheres ingressam em um “curso de vida lícito”. Para cumprir com esse objetivo, foi realizado um trabalho de campo dentro da Penitenciária Feminina do Distrito Federal, onde esse grupo de mulheres foi entrevistado. A dissertação se desenvolve por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa interdisciplinar que prioriza as teorias feministas de gênero, raça classe, busco entender a realidade social dessas mulheres mediante esses eixos sociais estruturantes e localizando-as como sujeitos no contexto histórico e social da transferência da capital federal para o Planalto Central que coincide com o período em que seus parentes migraram para a região em busca de uma vida melhor. Por meio de uma análise qualitativa foi possível verificar e compreender quais são os fatores interseccionais que orientam a opção pela atividade do comércio ilegal de drogas como inserção laboral como uma opção cotidiana na realidade desse seleto grupo de mulheres que cresceram nas periferias semiurbanizadas do Distrito Federal.

Since the 2000, in Brazil, the number of women involved in drug traffic is increasing. Studies in socials science search thru the view of gender, and got deep on the reality of the female jail population, to obtain explanations and reasons for this phenomenon.This research work presents a different way, and do not intend to understand the causes for the increase of this crime on the female jail population. The scientific object of this paper is understanding the relation of a select female group in jail, with three fundamental pillars to the introduction into the official public world: the school, the work and the family. It intend to show which are the factors lived on her socials trajectories when they were on this “licit way of life”. In order to fulfill this objective it was conducted a fieldwork in the Federal District women's Penitentiary, where this group of women was interviewed. The dissertation develops through a qualitative approach that prioritizes the feminist theories of gender, race and class, seeking understand the social reality of these women through these structuring social axes and fitting them as subjects in the social and historical context on the transfer from the federal capital to the Planalto Central which coincides with the period in which their relatives migrated to this region searching for a better life. Through a qualitative analysis was possible verify and understand what are the intersectional factors that drive them to the option for illegal drug trade activity as a labor insertion and an everyday option on the reality of this select group of women, who grew up in the outskirts of the semiurbanised Federal District.
